And I think your experience in the comments of the Saasu blog are the another thing - a way of personalising a company and reconnecting with what business is largely about - conversations.  Yes, shades of Cluetrain there - mebbe I should buy him a copy ;).

But I also think it's a positioning statement on Neilson's part too.

He's always positioned himself as "the expert" - charging $10,000 presentation fees (for a couple of hours) etc.  Blogging undermines that position to a large extent - it shows that there are many experts out there and that learning can happen in many ways, shapes and forms.</description>
