Finally, after three days of crap, Telstra Bigpond have sorted out their issues with ADSL in NSW. We’ve effectively had no internet access at work for three days – very frustrating when you’re a web development company! I know, I know… why are we still with Telstra??? I’m looking into Pacific Internet for our business service at the moment. That’s who I use at home and they’ve been excellent so far. Nik, from e-Media also recommends them.
