Many experts and officials, including Mohamed ElBaradei, head of the UN’s nuclear watchdog, the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), want to take this a step further by creating international centers so that just a few nations would provide centralized fuel and waste services for all.”

And instead concentrate all weapons suitable nuclear material in the hands of “a few nations”. Let me guess, they would include the two nations who have the two largest stockpiles of nuclear weapons in the world? A little too cozy methinks…
