Money in, money out

For those of you that don’t like reading cynical negativity, stop now…

The U.S. and coalition forces have spent millions bombing Baghdad, millions going to the arms manufacturers in the U.S. and European powers. And haven’t they done a good job of making a mess of the place!

Now U.S. corporations, some of them the same ones making the bombs and the planes and the tanks, line up to receive aid money from the U.S., the U.N and others, to put it all back together again.

And of course, Iraq will need a new army to protect it from its evil neighbours, and you can be sure that differences in the U.N. Security Council will be set aside to ensure that the demand is met.

So the cycle continues…
